Cross nurse in Germany gave saline injections to 8000 people who believed they
were receiving an mRNA vaccine, as a placebo group to test the Vaccine against.

there was no indication that severe COVID-19
infections occurred
as a result of
the saline
injections.
Thus, the saline solution injections were as effective as the
mRNA injections but safer.

A bombshell peer-reviewed analysis of clinical trial data
concluded mRNA COVID shots do more harm than good, estimating 289,000

reach these conclusions, the researchers conducted an in-depth re-analysis of
data from the phase 3 clinical trials for Pfizer-BioNTech's BNT162b2 and

registrational trials, which collectively enrolled over 73,000 participants,
were the basis for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's emergency use
authorization of the mRNA shots in December 2020.

new analysis identified several shortcomings in the design and reporting of the
founding trials.
Other papers
had likewise pointed
out these problems and others. No errors with the paper were identified but
some questioned the authors assumption regarding CDC VAERS undercount
adjustment factor. The author’s assumption is based on best available evidence
from past CDC studies and experience, and even if the assumption was wrong by
50% (which is extremely unlikely) the study Conclusion would not be
substantively affected, only the excess deaths per life saved would be somewhat
less. Suggestions or comments about assumption accuracy are normally handled
through a published Comment but no reason to change assumption was provided in
this case.
As more and more evidence
points
toward

is facing a series of
lawsuits in Britain. The
country was the first to
use the
Anglo-Swedish company’s serum against the pandemic in 2021. But in the early
part of that year, access to the vaccine was restricted to persons under
40 due to blood clot risks. It should be noted that the AstraZeneca jab never
made it out of clinical trials in America due to safety concerns.
One pressing subject is the lack of compensation
(overburdened, outdated, unreasonable and unresponsive CICP and VICP vaccine
injury compensation programs), reasonable statutes of limitations, and access
to court hearings for vaccine-injured and bereaved families. It has been said
online and on social media that court cases can be filed against the vaccine
manufacturers in the case of willful misconduct.
However, one of the critical points that I learned in working on these
matters is that, sadly, even in the case of willful misconduct, a CICP/VICP
case must be found favorable for the plaintiff, and even after this, the HHS
secretary or the Attorney General has to initiate proceedings/enforcement
actions against the manufacturer or distributor that result in penalties first
before a case can be presented,

why some are working towards constitutional challenges and why some
representatives and lawmakers have proposed bills to repeal or revamp the above
programs.

they were about COVID.
During COVID, the public was fed bogus fearful numbers
