Chilling Decision : Judge Unfairly Rules Against Firefighter Injured by COVID Vaccine After Employer Rejected Medical Exemption

A federal judge ruled that New York firefighter O’Brian Pastrana, who experienced a severe heart injury after his second COVID-19 vaccine, was not entitled to financial compensation. Pastrana’s employer denied his request for a medical exemption based on the firefighter’s severe reaction to his first dose. The experimental Vaccines had never at any time been proven safe or effective. Employer response was clearly unreasonable.

A federal appeals court in Philadelphia last week handed down a decision against TikTok that appears to not be based on principial but could have outsized effects on internet censorship. The 3rd Circuit is the same court that in July threw out the “ Protocol 7 ” fraud   case against Merck which seemed to involve the same principal and also adversely affected a lot more people. Similarly, the posting of information on Facebook of known to be false CDC information that harmed large numbers of people seems to be a much more flagrant example of the same principal that apparently doesn’t bother the courts. Seems politics or who appoints the judges is all that matters to this court. Is this court going down a dangerous rabbit hole here and do they understand what they are doing?

As part of a custody battle, a Tennessee judge ordered a family to vaccinate all three of their children, all of whom had never been vaccinated. Five-year-old Isaac immediately became ill and was eventually diagnosed with severe regressive autism.

( The judge’s decision was reckless and malevolent given that many medical studies, books, and warnings that the CDC was aware of have warned that multiple shots in one day are likely to cause major harm. High Court ruled the states and users challenging the administration�s contacts had not suffered the sort of direct injury giving them standing to sue in the first place. Really ridicules ruling. Evidence presented documented thousands in all states seriously harmed or killed due to the Censorship, and many businesses significantly harmed.   The Court apparently forgot that the state attorney generals ruled against in part exist to protect the people of their respective states.

Children’s Health Defense today filed an amicus brief urging the North Carolina Supreme Court to overturn the dismissal of a case involving Tanner Smith, a 14-year-old who was given the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine against his will and without his parents’ consent. His rights were clearly violated by both the Board of Education Mandate and the Court Decision, as there was evidence that there was no public safety reason for the mandate since the vaccines were not effective and were more dangerous for young people than Covid .
