additional features including genomic instability, epigenetic reprogramming,
and heightened interferon/TLR signaling. Shared upregulation of
nonsense-mediated decay, ribosomal stress, and MYC signaling was observed.
Downregulated ACE2 expression and enriched DNA methylation pathways were
notable in cancer samples.
The transcriptomic shift test results, while extensive,
were detected in peripheral blood, not affected tissues (e.g., tumors), which limits
interpretation somewhat.
48-hour post-dose assessments revealed notable transient
biomarker shifts:
CRP and hs-CRP levels spiked significantly (CRP: 6.1 → 14.8 mg/L; hs-CRP: 1.5 → 3.5 mg/L; both p < 0.0001), indicating
acute systemic inflammation.
D-dimers rose more than twofold (0.20 → 0.47 mg/L, p < 0.005),
suggesting temporary pro-thrombotic activity.
PT and APTT were modestly but significantly prolonged (p < 0.05), aligning
with patterns seen in coagulation pathway activation.
IFN-γ, a key antiviral
cytokine, decreased significantly (54.7 → 46.1 ng/mL; p < 0.05), while IL-6
declined nonsignificantly.
