HW474 INDICTMENTS, SURVEILLANCE, & POISON
LIVE: SENATE HEARING ON
COVID-19 VACCINE SAFETY SIGNALS
Breaking
developments in the COVID accountability story. Former senior NIAID adviser
David Morens has been indicted on federal charges tied to the destruction and
concealment of pandemic-era records.
Senator
Ron Johnson joins Del to discuss what this case could reveal about how key
COVID decisions were made.
In the Jaxen Report, we revisit the emails
that first raised alarms about efforts to avoid FOIA requests and shield
officials during the pandemic.

THE
FIRST DOMINO: FAUCI ADVISER INDICTED
Dr. David
Morens, senior adviser to Anthony Fauci at NIAID, has been federally indicted
on charges including conspiracy against the United States, destruction of
federal records, and aiding and abetting. Emails obtained by Sen. Johnson’s
team show Morens discussing how to make emails disappear
before FOIA searches and directing sensitive correspondence to private Gmail
accounts. Rand Paul is now publicly calling for Fauci to be indicted before a
May 11th prosecution deadline.

Federal Agencies Saw the Covid Vaccine Signal but
Looked Away.
federal health officials were alerted to statistically
significant COVID-19 vaccine safety signals early in 2021 but failed to respond
with urgency.
Senator Ron Johnson breaks down explosive
revelations from his latest Senate hearing on COVID-19 vaccine safety
monitoring. Newly obtained documents suggest internal warnings about serious
safety signals may have been ignored while officials publicly maintained the
shots were safe and effective. Johnson also weighs in on the indictment of
former Fauci adviser David Morens and the growing push for accountability.
ICAN lead
counsel, Aaron Siri, took the mic at the first meeting of the revamped
Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee, and didn’t hold back. In a
methodical takedown, Siri laid out 26 years of federal reviews, an ICAN
lawsuit, and a recently updated CDC website all pointing to the same
conclusion: there are no studies proving the childhood vaccine schedule does
not cause autism. With autism rates still climbing, Siri urged the committee to
stop ignoring parents, the science, and the biological basis for the
connection.
The fight for medical freedom is
exploding at the state level. Jefferey breaks down New York’s push to shield
vaccine providers from liability, Arizona’s bill protecting the unvaccinated
from discrimination, and Louisiana’s Medical Freedom Act advancing alongside
similar measures in Idaho. Plus, Governor Ron DeSantis and Surgeon General Joe
Ladapo call out Florida House Republicans for blocking medical freedom and AI
legislation during a special session, setting the stage for a midterm reckoning.
The Farm,
Food and National Security Act of 2026 passes the
House, but not before a dramatic floor battle over pesticide liability. Rep.
Anna Paulina Luna’s amendment to strip chemical manufacturer immunity from the
bill passed 280–142 after a chaotic voice vote appeared to be called
incorrectly by the chair. Jefferey Jaxen breaks down what’s in and out of the
final House bill, including the addition of Thomas Massie’s PRIME Act, which
would allow small farmers to sell locally slaughtered meat directly to consumers
without federal oversight.
Del reports back from The People vs. Poison
rally outside the U.S. Supreme Court, where many are demanding accountability
over glyphosate liability protections. Food Babe founder Vani Hari joins the
conversation.
Vani Hari
joins Del to break down The People vs. Poison Rally on the steps of the Supreme
Court, where citizens, activists, and lawmakers from both parties united to
oppose pesticide liability shields for companies like Bayer and Monsanto.
Following the rally, attendees marched to the Capitol and pressured Congress to
strip the liability language from the Farm Bill, a fight ultimately won through
the bipartisan Luna amendment. Hari and Del discuss the rare wave of mainstream
media coverage, the MAHA movement’s growing political clout, and what the
moment signals for the pending Supreme Court case.
Functional medicine physician Dr. Ann
Shippy discusses the fertility crisis and her new book, The Preconception
Revolution, exploring how environmental exposures and health before
conception may shape the next generation.

science-backed, functional
medicine approach to improving fertility and generational health. Practical advice on detoxification, gut
health, and epigenetics for reversing infertility.
Common Pregnancy Medications and Autism Risk: Massive
Study Signals Concern
Study analyzed 6.1 million U.S. pregnancies and
found that prenatal exposure to sterol biosynthesis–inhibiting medications (SBIMs)
was associated with a 1.47-fold increased risk of autism spectrum disorder
(ASD). Risk rose with polypharmacy, reaching 2.33-fold with four or more drugs.
These medications, ranging from antidepressants to statins, may disrupt
cholesterol pathways critical for fetal brain development.
New Ford patents and a federal mandate
buried in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act are raising alarms about
in-car surveillance. The law requires new vehicles to passively monitor drivers
and disable the car if “impairment” is detected, but that word is a dangerously
broad umbrella. Beyond intoxication, Ford’s own patents reveal biometric data
collected in the cab can be run against law enforcement databases without the
driver’s knowledge. Rep. Thomas Massie has filed an amendment to strip the kill-switch
mandate, warning the car dashboard could become judge, jury, and executioner.
