HW463 FORMULA FOR SUCCESS
Major
policy, investigative, and public-health battles are accelerating across
America.
With 700+
vaccine-related bills introduced nationwide in just the opening months of this
year, Dawn Richardson of the National Vaccine Information Center joins The
HighWire
to explain what’s driving this unprecedented
legislative surge, and what it could mean for states, families, and the future
of health policy.
With more than 700 vaccine-related bills advancing in state
legislatures, Dawn Richardson, Director of Advocacy at NVIC, breaks down the
key policy battles shaping the post-COVID health landscape. From exemption
challenges to liability proposals, the legislative decisions unfolding now
could directly impact families in every state.

The Broken FDA Drug Review Paradox (RW Malone)
Current FDA processes don’t just hinder innovation, they favor Big Pharma and fail at their core mission. Despite expensive, multi-year reviews, market authorization provides poor assurance of safety and efficacy. American patients lose access to innovative treatments while gaining questionable quality and utility.

American diet. He traces how school lunch programs, affordability pressures,
and the rise of processed foods helped drive today’s chronic-disease crisis and

Jefferey Jaxen Investigates: The Great American
Food Fight, Part 1,
the latest installment of our investigative series
exploring the forces shaping the modern U.S. food supply, premiering Sunday,
February 15.
Former investigative
reporter, Matthew Lysiak, gives his unique perspective on how the US food
supply changed in 1971 when the dollar changed to fiat currency. Hear what
organizations were responsible for the 55-year gaslighting campaign to shift
the American diet from healthy meats to grains and sugar to keep food prices
low, which led to unmeasurable health problems in the entire population.
THE AMERICAN DIET HAS BEEN HIJACKED through a
combination of flawed nutrition science, anti-meat religious and environmental
groups, corporate influence, and a government that was eager to co-opt all
three for the benefit of masking the true cost of an inflation it had created
as a consequence of
severing ties with the gold standard.

Researchers analyzing breast milk found traces of plastics,
disinfectants, pesticides, and other industrial chemicals, showing that breast
milk reflects everyday environmental exposure.
Reducing
plastic contact, improving water quality, and simplifying personal care
products lowers the chemical burden that transfers alongside the benefits of
breastfeeding.
Nanoplastics
Slip
Into
Brain
Cells, Disrupt Puberty and Fertility Hormones and Pineal Gland Function
Researchers found that polystyrene
nanoplastics
,
fragments thousands of times smaller than a grain of sand, can slip into brain
cells through an unusual
de door,
then release hormones in a precise
rhythm throughout life. The tiny pieces of plastic are widely found in food,
water and air.
Microplastics (MPs) and
nanoplastics
(NPs)
pose a significant threat to the endocrine
system, with recent studies highlighting their ability to accumulate in and
impair the pineal gland, particularly by disrupting the production and
secretion of melatonin.
ScienceDirect
In
recent years, microplastics have been detected in all parts of the human body,
including the blood, lungs, liver, testes, brain, placenta and breast milk,
raising concerns about the potential health hazards of plastic contamination.
According to a 2019 study by Newcastle University, humans may be
ingesting
as
much as 5gm of microplastics per week.
An international research team led by Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center has now identified the specific metabolic pathway by which
polystyrene microplastics
(PS-MPs) interfere with immune
cell function. The human body has what are called immune cells or macrophages,
which play the role of
cleaners,
swallowing dead cells and pathogens and
disposing of them.
This
process, of taking in and digesting dead cells, is called
epherocytosis
,
occurs continuously in the human body to maintain tissue homeostasis. When
epherocytosis
does not function properly, unprocessed dead
cells accumulate in tissues and are
known to trigger chronic inflammation
and
autoimmune diseases
.
