Kirk Milhoan, M.D., Ph.D., who chairs the CDC Advisory Committee
on Immunization Practices (ACIP), was reinstated to his pediatric cardiology
practice one day after he was fired. Driscoll Children’s Hospital fired Milhoan
after receiving an
overwhelming number of calls for his dismissal following
ACIP’s Dec. 5 vote to change its Hep B vaccine recommendation, according to his
wife, Dr. Kimberly Milhoan. The ACIP decision was made after extensive
transparent investigation and discussion of the related science that all
scientist or doctors could testify in or follow. Most disagreement was by
special interests harmed by the decision who
chose not
to provide
evidence that the decision was not science based.

around the world to
better align the U.S. vaccine schedule so it is finally
rooted in science and common sense.

a seismic shift in public health as ACIP leaders finally confront the
long-ignored question of cumulative vaccine risk. With ACIP Vice Chair Dr.
Robert Malone calling out the
elephant in the room
and President Trump
signaling major changes to the childhood schedule, a rare moment of
accountability and transparency in vaccine policy is unfolding.
Infants vaccinated in their
second month of life were more likely to die in their third month than
unvaccinated infants, according to an analysis of data obtained from the
Louisiana Department of Health. Children’s Health Defense scientists Brian
Hooker, Ph.D., and Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., who conducted the analysis, called
on health authorities to make similar datasets available for independent
analysis, arguing that transparency is essential for evaluating vaccine safety
at the population level.

who received all six vaccines recommended for 2-month-olds were 68% more likely
to die in their third month of life, the data showed.

all five non-hepatitis B vaccines at the 2-month visit were reported to be 60%
more likely to die in their third month than unvaccinated children.
They
found increased mortality odds ranging from 29%-74% depending on the specific
vaccine analyzed. The largest individual association was reported for the
rotavirus vaccine, with a 74% greater mortality ratio.
Cocooning
is
a CDC-endorsed public health term used to describe the push to vaccinate
grandparents (and other close family/caregivers) before visiting newborns. This
promoted practice stems from public health efforts to protect vulnerable
infants from serious infections, particularly whooping cough (pertussis),
influenza, and, to a lesser extent, COVID-19 and RSV.
The old ACIP promoted it without data. Current
data shows it does not work and may increase risk. It divides families.
Grandparents pay the price. Follow the science. Leave cocooning for
caterpillars.

Earlier this month, the CDC changed its recommendation for the
HPV vaccine from a two or three-dose series to a single dose. Some experts

in what has been described as the largest
coordinated arrest of health care fraud schemes in the history of the Justice
Department.

supplying drug dealers with opioid pills and recommending the elderly for
unnecessary
wound grafts.
Almost 190 federal cases have been filed, and
more than 90 state cases have been unsealed since June 9. Almost 100 licensed
medical professionals were charged, and among them were 25 doctors with the
government reporting $2.9 billion in losses. Prosecutors seized as much as $245
in cash, luxury vehicles, cryptocurrency, and other assets.

Clinical Trial Fraud Scandal: Research Facility Owners and Investigator Plead

he owners of a Florida-based clinical research facility, A&R Research
Group, have admitted to falsifying drug trial data in studies for asthma
treatments. Angela Baquero, 49, and Ricardo Acuna, 52, pleaded guilty to
conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the U.S. District Court for the Southern
District of Florida. Their crimes included manipulating data, fabricating
patient records, and falsely enrolling ineligible subjects
,
all to inflate
payments from a drug sponsor seeking Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
approval for new asthma drugs.

Expert Offit Refused ACIP Invitation to testify. Then:
Dr. Paul
Offit told CNN that the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
didn’t invite him to speak at their meeting last week. However, internal
documents show the CDC contacted him by email and phone and sent him a
speaker-request form. Offit also falsely claimed falsely that
50% of people in this country
are chronically infected with
hepatitis B without knowing it.

article, reporter Erin Mansfield examines
HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s
stated intent to reform the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). The
piece frames reform as an imminent threat—warning that changes could
sabotage
a system that protects vaccines and children. That framing is not neutral
reporting (with no analysis of the reforms or analysis of the current program
problems). It embeds a false binary: defend the status quo or empower
anti-vaccine extremism, while downplaying the program’s well-documented
failures.

For the original clinical trial where they
were claims of high effectiveness,
the absolute risk reduction (ARR), the real
difference in outcomes between vaccinated and unvaccinated women and girls,
across the largest trials, the general ARR was only about seven-tenths of one
percent!

precancerous cervical lesions was less than 1% compared to placebo.

that the vaccine's absolute risk reduction of the most serious lesions (CIN3+)
was about half a percent.
Similarly to the original analysis,
it’s doubtful that any woman would benefit from the

girls received vaccines.
A new analysis reported by The Daily Mail
alleges that 26 members of the UK’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies
