Vaccine Schedule
Day two of the ACIP opens with more discussion of the
highly-contested
Hep B Vaccine recommendation votes. Then
the meeting shifts focus to broader vaccine policy topics. The committee will
hear updates on CDC's vaccine risk monitoring efforts, review the history and
future of the childhood and adolescent immunization schedule presented by none
other than ICAN Lead Counsel, Aaron Siri, Esq., followed by discussions on
adjuvants and contaminants. It's a wide-ranging session with implications for
vaccine safety and scheduling guidance.
Why
Is Every Newborn Forced to Get the Dangerous Hepatitis B Vaccine?
The
hepatitis B vaccine has been marred by controversy since its inception,
particularly since it is now given to every newborn child despite less than one
in a million children benefitting from this policy
Remarkably,
much of that controversy (e.g., Congressional hearings, mainstream news
programs, and HIV vaccine contamination concerns) has been largely forgotten
The
hepatitis B vaccine has long been associated with autoimmune disorders,
particularly demyelinating ones. While the medical community has insisted for
over 50 years that this link remains unproven and requires “further research,”
evidence demonstrates this process indeed occurs
While
the hepatitis B vaccine has reduced acute cases in high-risk demographics
(e.g., intravenous drug users), there is no evidence it has done the same in
newborns (as applicable circumstances are incredibly rare) or reduced chronic
hepatitis cases
Today,
the blanket policy to give it to every newborn will at last be re-evaluated. It
is critical we understand what is at stake and why we
actually
vaccinate
every newborn so we can support this policy being changed
.
Attorney Aaron Siri told
members of the CDC vaccine advisory panel that the childhood vaccines were
recommended without sufficient data and that the expansion of the CDC schedule
coincided with a rise in chronic illness among U.S. children. The panel invited
high-profile vaccine proponents Paul Offit and Peter Hotez to present along
with Siri, but they declined.
Dr. Paul
Offit told CNN that the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices
didn’t invite him to speak at their meeting last week. However, internal
documents show the CDC contacted him by email and
phone, and
sent him a speaker-request form. Offit also falsely claimed falsely that
50% of people in this country
are chronically infected with
hepatitis B without knowing it.
(Appears he is dishonest and has bad intent to
make ACIP look bad. Media should always seriously fact check people with
special interest)
After 2 days discussion, Vaccine advisers to the CDC this morning
voted to end its decades-long recommendation that all infants born in the U.S.
receive the Hep B within 12-24 hours of birth.
The American Academy of
Pediatrics and several other groups filed an updated lawsuit seeking to disband
the panel, overturn its recent recommendations and rebuild the committee under
court supervision
. The new filing came just weeks before today’s meeting,
during which the vaccine advisers voted to scrap the universal Hep B vaccine
recommendation for newborns after 2 days discussion where vaccine experts Offit
and Hotez declined request to participate.
Dr Neil Miller: Studies show
that infants who had
received only the hepatitis B shot typically given at birth showed an unusually
high rate of SIDS, hospitalization and death.

Committee Makes Good Decision in Ending the Universal

Today,
the CDC Vaccine Committee made a very good decision to END their Hepatitis B
Vaccine Recommendation for babies, the vast majority of whom are at NO RISK of
Hepatitis B, a disease that is mostly transmitted sexually, or through dirty
needles.
There
will be no change to the vaccination recommendation for infants born to women
who test HBsAg-positive or have an unknown HBsAg status - existing
recommendation remains the
same.

on for decades to justify continued approval of glyphosate was quietly
retracted Nov. 28 over serious ethical issues, including secret authorship by
Monsanto employees, raising questions about the pesticide-approval process in
the U.S. and globally.

of Fraud and Collusion in Dealing with the Pandemic
Allegations
of Fraud in the Pfizer Clinical Trial
Jackson’s allegations suggest that in the rush to produce results, basic trial standards were ignored or subverted, an issue not just of protocol deviations, but of possible fraud against the U.S. government. If data were falsified or adverse events hidden, regulators and the public were misled about the vaccine’s true safety and efficacy.
The violations alleged by Jackson, which have remained
uncontested in any of the court documents, according to Wiseman, appear to
constitute a breach of GCP rules and therefore a misrepresentation as to the
study quality. In an age where papers are being retracted for far more minor
offences,
this should be grounds for the retraction of both papers. Further,
according to Wiseman, these breaches constitute a significant source of bias
that was not disclosed to CDC's ACIP in their GRADE and Evidence to Recommendation
Framework analyses, on which ACIP's recommendations of Pfizer's vaccine were
based. Accordingly, these recommendations must be considered suspect or even
void.
The Biden DOJ opposed the suit and said it could
disregard minor complaints (which this is not). A court supported the DOJ and
dismissed the suit.
Jackson’s experience fits a troubling pattern of regulators turning a
blind eye at the very moment rigorous scrutiny was most needed.
Brook Jackson filed a federal whistleblower lawsuit in
January 2021, United States ex rel. Jackson v.
Ventavia
et al., under the False Claims Act (FCA).
This qui tam action

of fraudulently presenting false information to the government to secure
emergency approval and lucrative vaccine contracts.
Another suit was filed in 2025 asking
that the dismissal be reversed and that her firing because of the whistle
blower report was a violation of the
Whistleblower law. The Trump/RFK DOJ has
not supported the reversal

and the whistleblower
complaint remains muzzled.

Michels and colleagues argue that 11 deaths (6
vaccinated, 5 placebo) had occurred by the EUA data cutoff of Nov. 14, 2020—not
the 2 vaccinated vs. 4
placebo
reported publicly. They
also describe a 3.7-fold increase in cardiovascular deaths in the vaccinated
arm over the full six-month interim period, an imbalance they say went
unreported. According to their analysis, “sudden adult death/found dead”
accounted for 10 of 21 deaths in the vaccinated group, with only two autopsies
completed, while the placebo arm showed a more heterogeneous mix of causes.
