The central scientific constraint remains unchanged: a single case plus
a literature collage cannot establish causation or quantify population risk.

indicated that the manipulation and editing of the PD/BD data submitted to the
FDA was done in coordination and with the full awareness of the FDA.
Contrary to what we were assured,
the mRNA, spike protein and lipid nanoparticles did not stay
in the injection site in the deltoid, but rather went, within 48 hours, into
the bloodstream, from there to lodge in the liver, spleen, adrenals, lymph
nodes, and, if you are a woman, in the ovaries.

High-dose spike increased arrhythmia
burden, with more and longer (>30 s) atrial arrhythmia episodes than
controls. Cardiac tissue showed perivascular spike colocalized with IL-6,
TNF-α, and VEGF, alongside endothelial swelling, perivascular edema, and
red-cell extravasation, evidence of microvascular leak. At the nanoscale, IDs
displayed cleft widening and disorganization of NaV1.5/Cx43, a pattern known to
slow conduction and favor atrial fibrillation.
Crucially, low-dose S1 (“vS1”) resembled controls
on the measured structural/functional readouts. S1 and S2 each reproduced key
effects at higher doses, suggesting both ACE2-dependent and -independent
pathways.

Mice Meet mRNA: Japan’s New Biomarker Test Lights Up Hidden Vaccine Reactions
The lung biomarker panel told
a more detailed story. In mice that received Spikevax, 14
of 15 biomarker genes were significantly elevated compared with those given the
influenza HA vaccine. For Comirnaty, all 15 biomarkers rose sharply.
Several
genes, including Psme1, Trafd1, Lgals9, and Mx2, were even more elevated after
mRNA vaccination than after the toxic RE vaccine, hinting that mRNA
formulations may have unique immune activation patterns
. Some biomarkers such
as Timp1, Cxcl9, Cxcl11, C2, and Lgals3bp also increased in a dose-dependent
manner, particularly for Spikevax, showing that stronger doses led to stronger
biological responses.
They found that mRNA vaccination
triggered broad activation of 19 to 27 cytokines, including IFN-γ, IL-1β, IL-2,
TNF-α, GM-CSF, and CXCL10, all higher than those seen with the influenza HA
vaccine. In several cases, cytokine levels even exceeded those caused by the RE
vaccine, underscoring the potent innate immune stimulation associated with mRNA
platforms.
